Index Description
The OMX Stockholm 60™ (OMXS60™) index consists of the 60 largest and most traded shares listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange. It is a free float adjusted investible index designed to track the overall market performance with low transaction costs. OMXS60 covers more than 80% of the total market capitalization on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange. The methodology follows the same principles as for the OMXS30® index. The population consists of the constituents in OMXS30® and OMXS30NEXT™. The index is available in capped (OMXS60CAPPI™, OMXS60CAPGI™) and both price (OMXS60PI™) and gross index (OMXS60) versions. Base date is 2005-12-30 with a start value of 100.
