Index Description

The Nasdaq Nordea SmartBeta Dividend Volatility PR Index is a transparent, rules based equity strategy index aimed to provide exposure to high dividend yield and low volatility. The Index follow a systematic selection approach where the first step is a liquidity screening. The securities that qualifies the liquidity screening are then ranked according to highest dividend yield measured over the last 12-month period. The securities that rank among the top 50 are subsequently ranked according to the lowest 12-months realized volatility. Finally, the securities that rank among the top 30 are selected.
